One-Session Resolution of PTSD Afterlife Contact (Wright Protocol for Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy)	2.5 hours As needed	$500.00 $500.00
Telephone or Email Consultation	Under 10 minutes	No charge
	Beyond 10 minutes each month	$120.00 per hr.
Travel for Home/Institutional Visit	Actual travel time plus 54 cents per mile	$120.00 per hr.
Records Review / Form Completion		$120.00 per hr.
Copy of Records Processing Fee		$35.00 + postage
Missed Appointment**	If less than 48 hours notice	$120.00
Insufficient Funds Check Fee		$50.00
